interesting! I wonder if the needed torque is that much because the aluminium tube is at the balance axis of the wing. There is supposed to be a minimum torque around this.

Definitely agree. But those standard servos that come with the radio you can use in the beginning and upgrade to S9252 as you advance.

Today I was flying Sig Something Extra with Saito Fa-56 and a new 12/6 prop.

I was very happy about the engine run with that propeller and I was just teasing the engine by diving full gas......

Yes. In a car (I dont know cars better) I can see there is not that great cooling as planes do :) actually now when I mentioned I wonder why there is no such a fan directed over the cylinder...

Lets say, you have governor. ---> You dont need very good throttle curve. the minimum you can build with manual mix from pitch.

You have HH gyro, --->You dont need tail pitch compensation curve...

I think the principle of ABC-engine should be described to give some idea WHY to break engine in at a reasonable hot temperature

A) Aluminum piston
B) Bronze cylinder
C) Chrome...
