I'm using the himaxx 4200 motor and the pinion is a 9mm 9t pinion and I have it almost flush with the top of the motor shaft. If i had it flush with the top it would strike both the top and bottom...

Im charging an evo flight 11.1V 1600mah lipo battery at 11.1V and .9A on a triton charger its been 1hour and 5 min. and has only charged 820mah. is there a point where the battery charges too long...

that makes sense about the downwash, I cant stack the pinions because the pinion will then make contact on the opposing side of the tail input gear. I saw that someone reversed the tail output...

just wondering if anyone has the gyro and servo mount from Helihobby that attaches to the tail boom. Is it a good upgrade and if so how easy is it to install?

hey quaker, since you are using lipos, did you need to replace the mixing board with 2 esc's. I heard the lipos will fry the board.
