If you have a Kyosho buggy, I would get the STR. Not only does Kyosho make the best stuff but many parts between the buggy and truggy are interchangeable. Also, in my opinion, pivot ball steering...

You can call Kyosho tech support and they will provide you with tips to build the diffs and the shocks. I shim the diffs frequently and have the shocks down to a science now so they really don't...

This sounds like a problem to me. If it was that good, it should be suitable for many driving styles. It shouldn't take one month to get in the groove.

I raced an SP2 and an ST-R all summer long without losing an e-clip. You all know how hard they are to put on...they just don't come of easy. I also carry extra e-clips of all sizes in my parts...

JR, Airtonics and Futaba are all good. JR has a 3 year warranty and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I owned a few Ko Propo once and had nothing but problems.

I have a Vspec and an RB C5. There is nothing wrong with the V-Spec. I put in a new pison and sleeve, rod and TKO ceramic bearings. Can't wait to fire it back up this spring. The V-Spec is better...

I agree. No need to use a screwdriver when they make tools like this. It's called progress. Saves stabbing yourself in the fingers as well.

Cen has a great name out in the market. They have been around for a long time building good buggies and truggies. I think they have 7 or 8 worlds under there belt. I would go with a Cen.

No it's not normal. Are you refering to the idle or the high speed needle. To idle higher, you want to turn it clockwise. If it's the HSN, refer to the owners manual for factory settings.

Also depends on what kind of tracks you will be racing on. Shorter, more techincal tracks require a low end engine. Top end engines are more suited towards larger, less techincal tracks.
