Invest in an air compressor, I bought myself a HUSKY one a couple years back and it works great, only cost about 90 bucks but it saves alot of hassle of tearing down to clean.

Im a little confused as to what your asking. When I use my peak charger, my 6v 1400 mah packs peak at like 7.3v on the digital read out.

Make sure all your connections going into your receiver are good and that the crystals are in tight. Fully charge your batteries and get a failsafe if you dont already have one.

There is no factory setting, you will need to turn the adjusting screw in the tranny clockwise until it shifts where you want it. It shows how to in the manual.....

That engine has a LSN and HSN and does not have MSN. I dont know of any other pull starters that will work besides the ofna one.

Im not familiar with that buggy, but check this site they sell GS storm buggies http://www.horizonhobby.com. Its fairly easy to do, just pull the engine out, remove 3 or 4 screws that hold the pull...

I would not run any clutch bell lower than 15T with a 49 spur, and no, you do not need to grease spur gears.

I use the blue loctite brand on my rc's and it works fine. You dont need to loctite screws that go into plastic though, that is useless. A good self tapping screw with the course threads works good...

Assuming you have tightened the clutch nut properly. Try removing one of the shims(if you even used any) then tighten up the screw.

Im not sure if they are in the right hole, theres about 8 holes in these PCR towers, I think its in the top row second hole in. I guess its possible the shocks are too stiff.

Not familiar with that charger but are you sure your not setting the charging amps too high when you charge them. That will give you a false peak charge on that battery.
