hi can you give more info, what makes it better for 3d fly? stiffer then gaui or rctimer? better materials? i use CF 8045 for my sport flyers and there is zero flex in prop. thanks

my son never practiced with a coaxial btw. he just had plenty hovering fights on the floor to teach himself to keep the tail facing him practicing orientation.
any small quad is good for learning...

how does one suck" at coaxials? do you mean you have a hard time holding throttle to keep it airborn and not capable of rotating the yaw?

if this is the case for you dont attempt a quad till...

remove props, plug in your quad and turn radio on, go into receiver test in KK2 board settings and move sticks accordingly to what the screen is doing ie left stick right stick throttle up and down...

now adays its cheap to start out, but for rtf and if you have flown, dji makes good starter kits, otherwise rtf stuff your looking at micros like mqx or 1sq etc.

ditto, i started with coaxial then quadcopters 11 years ago, no need for a beginner small qaud that isnt the greatest in slight wind, so if you flew coaxial you will be fine, the only thing hard...

you want to start with this board "KK2"
no computer needed very easy to setup ( plenty of youtube videos as well)
and flies super stable and even has autolevel and its less then $30 :)

on a quad you have 2 props spinning CW and 2 spinning CCW, for instance front/back CW Left/right CCW ( in + formation) also some quad boards require different prop spinning direction so you would...
