i boiled my tires in a pot of hot water for 10 - 20 mins and pulled them apart from the rim very slowly
if u do it 2 fast ull tear the tire

mostly i dont mess with them anymore jus leave them...

i love the thing
it sound nice and loud and make my truck perform a little better

my friend also came with me and his rustler
