The manual said 10-12 lbs but it was monokoted and equiped with an OS 91. If I put a 120 sized engine and glass it, I guess it would come out to be 12+ lbs. I'm just curious about what all you guys...

I put an OS 25FX in mine a while back ... flew very nicely. Enough power for almost any manouver, took off within like 40ft. Sadly i lost it to a nearly invisible wire... those used to ground...

Thanks for the replies guys ... what do you think about inverted with this muffler ... exhaust shoots out the bottom. Well I'm not too crazy about 3D with this plane, saving that for my Ultimate ......

Can I do this?

I want to build a B-25 Mitchell Twin electric using brushless motors. Do I really need to get 2 ESC's... one for each motor or can I split the ESC between two motors with sufficient amp rating.

Both engines you suggested are great... in fact I love my AX, never let me down.
2~C 40 ... means any 2 stroke engines in the 40's range
4~C 59 ... any 4 strokes in the high 50's or low 60's...

its for a TF Mustang 1/7th, I think a war bird looks better with bigger props... and I already have a 16x6 prop, I dont want to get a new one unless I really have to, I'm only 19 dont got too much...

Is 16x6 too much for Saito 100? The manual recommends 14x8 ~ 14x10 and 15x6 ~ 15x8 ... I figured 15x8 and 16x6 would have similar load. How does this sound guys?... thanks

I too use bolts with nylon lock nuts... the instruction for my mustang said to tap and thread the mount but I'm sticking to the nuts n bolts.

Here's my story... first got a gas trainer, tried to teach myself to fly. Obviously I crashed it as soon as it took off. Fixed it up and tried again a few more times... no luck so I kinda gave up....

Thanks guys... I will check again and follow the instructions on how to set the gaps. It's a litle late now, that I've turned the engine over serval time, to flush out the inside but I will do it...
