Battery switch 4.8 to 6.o O.K.?

Is there any reason why I cannot simply switch my 4.8v 600mah battery with a 6.0v 800mah battery?

I think I am going to use a TT Pro .46 and save the four-cylinder engine for something scale or stunt in the future.

The Saito four-stroke that was recommended was a size .72
Will this engine even fit?
