Dont even use those plastic ones, if they go wrong which is highly likely you lose the tail. You can get a set of ali ones for about £10 whatever that is in $`s its worth while doing.

I doubt the servos are using 4amps but it gives me a bit of headroom. maybe ill end up just using one 3amp chip, the pack in the picture is a 6v but my gyro didnt like it the tail servo moved very...

Its got the Ikarus Aeromaxx 15/4, I know its not the top motor but its balistic beleive me on 4s. I use the Kokam 20c packs, two 2s in series.

By the way thats on a 16t pinion.

I ran the heli up today without the main rotors on up to about 1600 headspeed. After about five mins motor and speed control were both quite hot but not too hot to touch, this was on a 10 cell sanyo...

You can get a higher headspeed with the motor you have, just put on a larger pinion and adjust the pitch curve to compensate

I have a 4s lipo 2000mah 15c continuous made up of two 2s in series, they fit in the front of the heli to get the CG right. It only weighs 230g and it climbs like a rocket. I have 12 degrees top end...

20 volts should be ok for a 25 so spool-up shouldnt burn it out, are you using BEC?

Maybe a spacer between the main gear and the lower bearing just thick enough to take up the space would work, beleive it or not I had the same problem with an MS Hornet.
