I have both Great Planes model and Nitro version. The Nitro is a better plane and cheaper. The only thing I can add is both models are not for beginner pilots and you need very little up and down...

That is not the cracking we are talking about. That looks like it got bumped. The cracks we all have, is at the bottom of vertical stabilizer were it meets the fuselage, just forward of the rudder. ...

Yes I have the same cracks were the vertical stabilizer meets the fuselage. I would apply epoxy on fine fiberglass cloth and suport this area if you want to improve this model. I now have 9 flights...

I used a 80 Saito, but I should have used a 90 or 100. You need more power to get it off the water. My ship is just marginal and does not get off that easy. That bounce starts because it is laboring...
