I had the same problem. Make sure the stab is centered, and paralell to the wings. I used 30 min Epoxy, centered the stab and let it dry for a few hours before I continued working.

I'm using a Mejzlik 23X8 for breaking in the DA50. Have ready a 23X10 for later. No problems so far, and power to spare

Ron,

No, I did not add any extra weight to the plane. Ignition, battery and regulator for the engine is on front. Gas tank over wing tube, and receiver battery in the space below the gas tank....
