...just checked the trims on my transmitter. To me, the drawings look like perfect. No trim needed at all for straight and level flight. But I put a 40cc under the cowling as recommended.

I don't have any problems with my RCEXL kill switch on FH3. Did you set both limits to 100%? One should be at -100% the other on 100%. Check your SX MONITOR.

Your Tx antenna and one of the switches seems to be broken as well. This might explain the reply from the service rep. Did you drop your radio once before?
