Do you realize that you are in a model aircraft forum, and not a forum for real automobiles? I think not. Or perhaps yet another new illegitimate spammer like we get so frequently.

That may have helped, and I did think about that...

That may have helped, and I did think about that beforehand, a little. The problem was coming up with a frame that would, itself, hold up to the hot mixture and not come apart or warp, stay attached...
