you cannot static balance one of these motors..... the only way to balance these motors is to use a harmonic balancing jig, that spins the crank with bob weights up to operating RPM and measures the...

Good luck finding a modder who actualy alters sleeve port timing..... at the very most the odd modifier may alter exhaust timing, but i know of none who will hand cut transfer and boost...
