Left Thumb, try programming your radio so that you can hit a switch and put both ailerons up. (I think it's called spoilerons) I have found that this really stables out the twist in a harrier!

I have a Sullivan Spinner......also 2 1/4" I think. You'll have to cut quite a bit of material from your spinner with that prop....or you could just use a Dubro Prop-nut. If you use the spinner,...

Bill, what ghee said is correct.....and you won't have any problem doing that with the Twist & the servos you mentioned.

Hey FYRWALKER, looks good! keep us posted on how you like that engine....the prices are great on them....I'm wondering if the new Chinese-made ones run as well as the Italian-made ones did.

My Seagull Extra was destined for that to happen.....the GMS .76 that I had in it...

I think that many people are crashing their twist on landing due to "pancaking" the plane. You have to remember that the Twist has A LOT of drag......especially when we use big, 3-D friendly props. ...

I actually find inverted ones easier to do! The only exception is my Ultra Stick.....it does them better upright.
Once you get the hang of the inverted flat spin, I think it seems easier to do!

Crank a little more elevator throw, do an inverted flat spin, and you should be able to get it to climb durtng the spin if you enter the manuever in...

I think electric conversion usually do come out a little heavier....so 5.5lbs seems reasonable if us glow guys are coming in around 5 lbs.
