I need a new motor mount for mine, and more CA, then she ready to go again, but when it gets to the point to where i need a new plane, im getting a funtana 90! The twist is just too small for some...

No, i said f**k it and made a slot and slid it in with thin CA, maybe thats why i keep ripping my control surfacs off? In my case im glad i did it like that, it breaks away instead of ripping it...

I've had mine for 4 1/2 months now, and the way i've been flying it has about a couple months left, I use this plane to perfect my 3D, cause the twist is not an easy plane to TR compared to a funtana...

its weird that a 46 size motor turns the same prop as an 80, the 46ax hovers pretty good with the 12.25 x 3.75 prop!

has anyone figured out what the best prop is for a 46 ax? I have only used a 12.25 3.75 prop, is the 11 4 better?

Yea, wind hasnt been my friend lately. I was packing up my 35% edge yesterday after the awards ceremony and the wind picked up my left wing bag (wing in it) and it flipped and tumbled for about 10...

I didnt get to fly the twist this weekend. But I did get second place intermediate at the americus GA IMAC Classic!!!! I would have flown her after the awards ceremony but too windy. I cant wait...

o yea, I had something weird happen when I was putting the gear back in the twist today. I had glued the block back in and sanded it down and started to put some covering back on it. But it wouldnt...

When i broke in my OS 46 AX I ran it extremly rich for a full tank on the ground, then I leaned it just enough to fly and flew a tank, I never went pass 3/4 throttle unless I had to, then I leaned it...

Same here, I had to download photo shop trial version to get mine right.

We should seriously think about having a twist fun fly in. It would be hard to get people that dont have internet access...

It would be pretty stupid if the airforce didnt want to buy you a new twist, its not like they can't afford a $300 airplane.

im using a 12.25 x 3.75 prop, im thinking about trying a 12 x 4, ill have to wait till i get some to to get to the LHS
