I have a little lathe. I think its a 4' x 12" or something like that.

Similar to the one I made for my F18. I used bondo to mold the 45 degree fitting at the bend

Would have been a little easier with a CNC lathe.

Nice job Ian.
The wood inside the tube really works well. I had the same on the hog. Amazing how much strength it adds with very little weight.
