Note that there is a plastic backing plate that goes between the pick-up tube and the transom. This is so that you don't have to bend the tube but it is close.

If it's the bearing that is sliding out, you can flare one end to help keep it in place, both ends if you need to.
If it is the bushing sliding around if it is worn, it can be replaced with another...

Typical prices for standard prop work is usually around $10.00 a blade. Custom work will cost more.

ProBoat puts decent radios in their gas boats also, about the only good thing about them!:D

The problem is that in keeping prices low on the package they went with a low cost radio system. This is not only from Aquacraft but any manufacturer of RTR boats or trucks. I'm personally not a fan...
