I used the 90 degree adapter and flex pipe from horizon....I didn't have to cut the cowl at all for the exhaust...just the valve covers and heads....... you would have to look back on the preivous...

Hmmmm, I would have to look back at previous posts.... I don't recall saying it was 3D capable... I would consider it more a aerobatic.. I think a 3D plane has to have the power to...

Well just got back into town...to answer a couple of questions....I switched out to a sulivan round 14oz tank and just had to shave the first bulkhead... I am running a 15X6 apc but I am going to try...

If you can fly the something extra well you should have no problems with this plane... Like any.. take it easy on the rates to start with then ease into it.... I did notice mine got a little snappy...

Cad you must think I am crazy putting a Saito 100 on mine :D But after flying it it would be a pig if you put the low end engine on it.

Well it isn't what I would call a true 3d plane and I haven't really put it through its paces... I was working on the edge and smoke this weekend...that and dorking the funtana again! lol oh well...

hey servo7... well it is pretty tight for smoke ... I just put smoke in a pac edge 60/100 running saito 100 with a TME pump and a Slimline pitts smoke muffler and it has been a bear trying to...

All I run in my Saito's is 30% .....interesting thing last week I was invited to fly with one of the top flyers in the country and he told us 30% is all he puts in his Saitos also.....

Welcome to the thread Lee.... Well that was a little concern about the elevator but after putting it together ..like Cad I used locktite and it seems pretty strong. I was going to try to solder them...

Well when I slam something that big on a plane that small I drill into the engine box where the notches are and epoxy a wood dowel into the fire wall to help re-enforce the engine box so it won't...

I agree with your evaluation of the throws.... a little twichy on the ailerons... and I had to throw in some more elevator but I think everything eles was right on.

Well at this point I would say the 100 I have straped to this thing is way over the top :D I won't really get a chance to put it through the paces till this weekend so I might have a better report...
