I've got the PTE35cc in mine and don't recall torque being much of an issue, but I've been having engine troubles, so she hasn't flown in quite some time. I hope to have her going in the next few...

That was the problem...And I have it all sorted out again.
I'll be flying her today and Sat / Sunday at our "Wings for Kids" airshow.
There will be plenty of warbirds there, and a whole-lot...

My nose gear mont at the fuselage "Popped" and broke out on the taxi in the grass- I'd recommend fiberglassing it to the firewall.
Throws seemed a bit high for me...I set them to 1/4" less than...

I was going to maiden last week, but while simply taxiing in the grass (3-5 mph at best), I heard a "POP" and found that the plywood rail for the nosewheel...

It's a tru-turn (p-51) parabolic... It's not correct, but close enough.
I'll get some pics of her all closed up. I've placed the throttle servo up closer towards the nose, both elevator servos...

I wonder how difficult it would be to modify them ?
I have the electric retracts and they are slow, I was thinging it's 3 parts that need to be changed.
1)pin bolt (threading)
2) receiver chuck...

I've got the Pteradactle36 in mine now (finally) and has a special muffler made to fit in the cowl and to straddle the nose wheel.
My bird has been sanded painted and is very close to being ready...

What's the weight of the Evo 26 ? That's a strong engine but isn't it pretty heavy for the amount of power it puts out ?
