I would say now would be the time to do it. Priming afterwards would only conceal them. You can buy a rivet tape to use with glue, it helps keep them straight, uniform, and spaced properly.

With your choice of servos hopefully you shouldn't need to ever replace one. However, removable servos do give you an inspection point if something unexpected occurs.
