I purchased the Pono running gear 6 years ago, so the kort nozzles, and rudders are all cast aluminum, the nozzles measure 4.5"dia (O.D.) and the propellers are Prop Shop Kort nozzle...

Okay here are the stats using my bathroom scale:

My weight: 202 lbs
My weight + Mister Darby (no battery/trim): 241.5lbs
Mister Darby weight: 39.5lbs

Battery: 29.5 lbs

I was using my bathroom scale so its not very accurate but I will recheck it and let you know.

I have a wheel chair battery I picked up at Sears(12v, 33amp/hr), about the size of a small car battery, but heavier and this and a little trim weight is just about all the weight I needed...

I don't know how she would handle with two rudders but with the combination of nozzles and 4 rudders she will turn on her own axis all day long, without even using the bow thruster.
