I think you would be better off with a G-26 and having it lightened by RC ignition. The Pitts has a short fuselage and would be extremely nose heavy. Also I dont think the 38 makes that much more...

I have had a couple of bolts come loose. You just have to check them every now and then to make sure they are snug.

First a 16-8 apc then switched it to a 15-7. The latter seemed to work better on the new engine.

Thought I would wakeup this thread. I flew my pitts monster today. It was sunny about 90 degrees with a variable wind. The plane flew great. The more I fly this plane the more I like it.

Nice post mancha. I noticed I like to fly with low rates on the elevator also. But on landing I switch to high. The pitts seems to like more elevator on landing to avoid the bounce.
