Don't forget all the shipping labels they print up so they can give you a tracking number. Labels that NEVER seem to get stuck on a shipping box though.[:'(]

Just shows how petty he can be. He gives lousy service and won't even respond to people. Then he retaliates by stomping him feet and taking his ball and running away. Childish and a total jerk IMO.

Agreed, and they provide that to ALL of us until it is PROVEN we don't deserve it. SOME have had really bad experiences with O'Brien and RCU MAY be looking into this. We don't know. You've done what...

Before making accusations have you seen any CURRENT ads from O'Brien on RCU? Furthermore, accepting an ad is not support anyway. Endorsing is support.

The problem I have here is that he still claims to have shipped the merchandise? I'm doubting it or he wouldn't have refunded. They've just been down this road...
