Nice report. I always figured cubs were calm weather birds. My World Models 1/4 scale J-3 Cub has a G-23 and always gets tossed around by anything over 6 mph wind. I bet that yours sounded better.:)...

Probably will flex with the weight of the plane coming down on it during a hard landing. But, you should be able to see the landing gear flex slightly over bumpy terrain during a fast...

Well, how about it? Anyone try this engine mentioned above by kivisto?? Or how about an O.S. FF-320 4 cyl. four stroke.....how much more scale does it get than that?!
