Yea I did notice. Had to drill both sets of hubs that I added including the dubro's.

I've gone through two sets of wheels myself, Finally put a good set of Dubro's on and they seem sturdy enough although not as light.

I finally did the maiden yesterday, Very Nice. pretty good all around flight after trimming. I have the CG set at about 5_1/2 back. Started with the elevator a little high and had to trim it quickly....

I actually thought about using the 1100's, probably a good weight savings. I may try them later on if the current weight is not acceptable.

Well, I finally got this one done for the most part. Couple of pics of the finish. Still didn't do the wheel pants yet but will after the maiden, hopefully this week sometime.

Might be a couple of weeks yet, Out of town this wekend and working the next. Maybe with daylight savings being moved up this year and some good weather I might be able to maiden after work one day...

Thanks for the suggestions, I might try a little CA on the threads with the horn removed and let it dry before re-installing the horn. I'de hate to have to cut them off later.

Little more progress, Finished the canopy and started with the push rods and sealing hinges lines. Noticed a little play in the horn linkage right where the screw attaches at the pivot, maybe 1/16"...

Few more pics on the progress. I have all the hinges glued up and all the horns drilled in and set. I drilled the horns on the ailerons half the distance from the 90 deg line off the servo arm.
