aa2dd.... something sounds a little wonky. what engine are you running, is it far enough ahead? I'm running a ys 63 and didn't have to add any weight, come to think I have never had to add weight to...

I too have had the same, coveing ripped, couldn't find any damage, However upon saying this, I have 150-160 flights and the fuse is cracking beside the dowl that holds the wing on.

First time I flew this plane that's how I landed. Was so impressed I did it again and again, enough times that everyone asked if that's the only way I could land!!!

I have a Saito 120 inverted on my P51, the tank is approx 1/2" lower than the carb and I have zero problems, if your worried about it just put a fuel pump on it then you can put the tank in...

I got out today, weather finally co-operated and had a blast. Every time I fly on of theses things it amazes me how the wind doesn't really effect it. No miss happs and that a good thing.

as to the size of prop to run not sure , with the ys 63 running a 14x4w, thats the t---t 40, on the t----t 60 I'm running a Saito 120 with a 16x4w. sorry I could not help more.

Likewise withthe YS.63 shooting 20-30 mins of flight, withthe 60 t---t and the saito 120 15-20mins, usually land before out of fuel, fingers get cold eh!!:eek:

Have to admit bought the 40 used, couldn't turn it down. $400 with ys 63, three tanks of fuel burned, hitec 5645 digital servos and a 6v 2100mah bat, and receiver. Couldn't go wrong. remember...
