some have had trouble with the HS 635 karbonite gears snapping off too,, i have had one do that to me and i never use loctite on servos.

I usually put around 40 psi on avarage and get about 4 good up-down cycles..mabey 5 sometimes,, you may have some blockage in your lines or the little thingy that the lines plug into in the rear of...

yep,, i think i fixed mine with JBweld so far so good,,, it's still setting up and drying,, i think i'm going to fix the left side too,, allready got the nose gear pivot pin,,, that's so weird how...

I'm not too sure if there scale,,, but i wanted some missiles,, so i went to wal mart,,, got the Estes model rockets,,bought the titan versions,,(only ones' they had at the time)-,, painted them...
