Well I have built a few boats, but I am no expert to be sure.

i always use slow epoxy anywhere that will tricky to get clamped on the hull. I will use fast epoxy on easy alignment parts on the...

Ok, now for the new spin on this boat...we were at the Northern store and found a good deal on a reconditioned weed eater ... its gonna be a tight fit , and have a nice personality..but it looks like...

next, it was on to attack the super structure !!

I had some time off so I hit the epoxy and rotated between clamping/fitting/gluing, and other projects for about 2.5 days, and I got a good jump...

Well I think I figured it out...the s1 and s2 on this hull are one piece,not a front and back..they aren't glued together.. so the laminated 1/4 inch thick one I have must have been the original...

A friend has an abandoned Dauntless with a partial built, and unfortunately CROOKED hull.. I might be doing some work on it, and we both like the idea of a weedie...
