The FEMA kit has an oneway bearing in the unit on your engine shaft.

I had to make some holes in the firewall to accomodate the starter engine. Lots of pictures here:

I do not own this model anymore, I swapped it for a jetmodel. I only flew it for 15-20 trips.

I used a 3mm pianowire that I made drill-link and sharp in one end. Drilled trough the wintip plastic with a normal drill and then used the pianowire to get though the rest. Then i threaded a 1mm...

They are not different, you have just mounted them wrong. They are to be glued into a crack that you have to make for youself. The holes are not for screws, but for glue to get better hold.

It proved to be to heavy for FT160. The engine did not achieve working RPM, and got VERY hot... It was the smallest white Biela 3-blade prop available, so I gave it up..:-(
