Just to clear this up my Corsair is electric and needs the 15x8. Just thought that seeing as Graupner do a 15x8 a 15x7 would be available.

I used Dubro nylon hinges. Both are epoxied in and the front hinge pin is removeable. I used a sewing pin and put a little z bend in it so that it does not fall out in inverted flight....

Current readings taken this weekend:

THROTTLE POSITION

25 % = 5 amps
50% = 20 amps
75% = 30 amps
100% = 50 amps.

Nylon servo arm will be fine if you make sure that there is no strain on it. Just make sure that the control rods do not make the arm bend in any way.
