Pretty much everyone who flies giant scale planes use redline or sthil ultra HP oil . I know thats 2stroke but they have alot of $ tied up in their planes .

What if the pipes were heated just before it enters the main ring . Then it would release the tension . It would have to be done very carefully and with plenty of wet rags on hand .

Had a friend who worked for a big model shop who had a issue with a particular servo . They would say thats the 1st they heard of a issue and would replace the servo and chuck the defect one in a box...

Theres temp sensers that can go under a bolt and also the plug . They may not be in the optimum position but if u can get a base line temp and then apply it to these u can get an idea of temps ....
