Hopefully the EME 35 with elec start works better than my EME 55 with starter. The main starter gear failed after the first 5 starts. Mile High RC sent me another gear and told me to lube the gear...

Interesting... I fly mine with a DLE 30 and wouldn't want any less power! Flying a half throttle is a very good thing in my opinion.

If you install some baffles inside the cowl that force all the incoming air through the engine fins it will vastly improve cooling. Something like this.

Here is a DLE 30 in my plane. Yours won't need the muffler cutout but will still need clearance for the head. I did add baffling around the engine to force air through the fins.

I doubt that there's much weight to be saved with a smaller engine...you still have to have weight in the nose to balance the plane. I prefer to use a larger engine with a more scale looking prop...
