here are the engine cowl usinf the expanding foam usrd on the crew pod, and the gear door location and end view of the main gear doors along the hinge line

I decided to use the remainder of the expanding foam to shape the bottom of the cowls.I thought about using the pink insulating foam board but it just didn't fit the curvature of the cowls, so...

OK now that I am getting the hang of this posting thing here goes. I am working on the crew pod bottom and it is a process but it is certainly easier and quicker than the old way of using bulkheads...
