Problem solved, turned off Norton download intelligence. Apparently to Norton the file had a "low reputation" and was deleting it to be safe. Once I turned off download intelligence I was able to...

Norton Anti-virus deletes T14SGupgrade.exe file

When I extract the T14SG Version 6 T14SGUpgrade.exe file, my Norton Anti-Virus program says it is unsafe and deletes it.
