How'd you balance the plane with a servo hanging way out on a wing? Also what motor, battery did you use, and what is the wing span/chord/AUW of it?

Rated limits is the limits defined by the manufacture of the battery. They include max charge current ( 1C for LiPo's ) and max discharge current. ( Usually 8C - 20C )

It is glued in but will easily pull out with a tug starting at the leading or trailing edge. This way you may also replace the bottom wings for slower flight at a later date.

11.1volts is pushing it for a speed 400 size brushed motor. I have noticed most 400 series motor do not like more than 8 cells. They tend to overheat and burn out. I would stick with a 2 cell lipo...

A static thrust chart is right on the specs of the unit - Tower's site. Stock,($30) it would put out 8.5oz of thrust. With a BL system up to 20+ is possible.
