So I checked the starter shaft bearing and it is dirty but not seized. The one way seems to be fine too... turning to the left it locks and turns the motor. Turning one way to the right spins freely...

I have an older Raptor 50 Titan that the starter shaft spins after the engine starts. This has caused the bearing to heat up and start melting the plastic around the bearing. What could be the cause...
