I can attest that the extended wings add to the climbing and aglity of the plane. It also is a lot more stable. You lose a bit speed, thats why I havent done it yet. However it is still way, WAY...

lol, elevators down. Makes no aerospace logic. But my plane is the same. Down makes it go.
