I'm not sure they're in HK, but you could try heli-fever.com. They have good prices and I've ordered from them before several times. There was one occasion where I didn't receive a cheap heatsink...

That's good to hear. I don't think there is an etailer around that has 100% dissatisfied customers. Some are just better than others.

Hobby Japan has a very bad reputation. There was quite a discussion about them a while ago, possibly on here but maybe on another forum.
