I haven't taken the mount off, but my tail motor slides out of the mount.

Check for hair wrapped around the tail motor shaft. OR Pull the tail rotor away from the motor a little, sliding it on the motor shaft. OR Replace the tail rotor (you should have spares).

I meant to order those bearings and 1mm rod, now I forgot where to get it.

Some helis have the motor above the gear, but the larger, more expensive ones have it below for a lower CG. Yours looks...

My son & I have both had it happen quite often. Long blond hair wrapped around the motor shaft. Wife must be shedding.

I've had all 3 channels now and they all seem the same to me. Some Picoos flew better than others, but it had nothing to do with the channel.

I figured out why mine is cutting out. According to the manual, it's the low battery protection circuit that's doing it. Problem is, the battery isn't really low. It must be picking it up under load...

I suppose it could be a loose wire or faulty collision switch. It flies normally (I consider myself a decent pilot) and will suddenly just drop. I turn the throttle down and wait for about 5 seconds,...
