Fly it with a full tank, if you find that it's not too nose heavy ( though it can be hard to tell when a plane is nose heavy until it is excessively so! ), try just a bit more forward to play it...

Yes sir.

Remember the plane will fly with the C.G. set to 25% MAC or LESS... from the sound of it, you may be around 33-35% where it can still be controlled but it may be tail heavy.
