The landing gear block ripped out of mine, some epoxy should prevent this from happening.
I was happy with a Saito 72 in mine, a 91 will be plenty. I recommend a APC 14x6 prop for your 91.

Well, I lost mine yesterday, Aileron hinges pulled out, lost control and put her into the deck nose first. Drove the engine back into the fuse behind the CG. Buggered a couple servos, other gear...

I fly mine every weekend, usually get 7 or 8 flights on it over the 2 days. Well over 30 flights all up.
I rarely nose over any more, I find it noses over more so when taxiing down wind, too slow,...

Mark,
I have my push rods parallel to the servo fuse line, its not perpendicular to the hinge line.
I used the the elevator set up as per instructions, it works fine.

Well I took her out today, reversing the landing gear fixed the nose over problem for me. It taxis well now.

I also moved my CG back 1/4", to 3 3/4" from leading edge.
