Yep, that one is slightly less than halfway across. Since several sized engines have the same size cats eye the needle position will vary some.

First things first, you need to get carb adjusted as well as possible before rotating the spraybar. This is just a bout where your LS needle should be. As others have said, lose a bunch of the nitro.
