It's nice to able to lean the mixture and not have keep it rich for when the tank reaches half empty and below. Plus have your engine rev up cleanly when the tank is full.

AH, starting an umprimed Saito using a starter takes only a couple of seconds when using the Cline. Even set at idle it will just simply idle when you remove the starter.
