Ian, It is strange! Checked every unit in stock and they all seem to be fine. Must have been from the bottom of the manufacturing bin [:o]

Hmmm.... Odd! The nipples are not even installed on the valves from the factory so I am not sure where the FOD would have come from. I'll check the remaining stock to assure no others have this...
