I typically run a Castor / Synthetic blend like Powermaster (preferred) or Omega (2nd choice). The castor will definately extend the life of a high performance engine like this.

Some of my best racing engines tended to leak out the front a bit more. Never seemed to be a problem, but I did need to run a 6oz tank in one...
