i thought about using black to outline the flames and dye the wheels black but i think im just going to keep the wheels white and do the outline in white.

supersize the pic and it will give you a idea of what i wanna do,it isnt the best outline job but it gives the idea of what it will look like..

im pretty much doing the same thing as you did except im using parma medieval flames.im using the same 2 pactra colors as you did,i was actually thinking i should have went with a different color...
