Hi!
I would try 5% nitro if it's an older italian Super Tigre. I don't know about the Chinese made engines,perhaps they can tolerate 10% or more.
12x9 is way way too much prop. Try an RAM or...

First of all...You are using too much nitro!!
Use 5% or max 10% nitro and you will see that your engine will perform much better (rew better and idle better).
