Should be in running condition when arrived. The pushrods have a tiny amount of movement, gap at rocker arm to valve if I remember correct it is .004. Check them after a couple hours of run time.

I agree with the statement above. Meister planes are too large for the 7-77 a Moki 150-180 would be more suited.

Just needs some fuel or oil put through it. The rings will seal with minimal added. Also check that all valves are opening and closing correctly. Sometimes they will get stuck open.
