Hey msni,

Just finishing up 2 Falcons for a customer. Robart 630's will be a squeeze for installing them. Robart 530 or that series that are set up for struts rather than wires might work...

Regarding wing boom bolts, simply tap the blind nuts with an 8-32 tap. Easy to do as the metal is on the soft side. Therefore you can use 8-32 cap screws with no problem.
